2. Description of Service

VetSyCare provides cloud-based veterinary practice management software including patient records, scheduling, billing, and AI-powered clinical tools.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You must be 18 years or older to use our services

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Share your account credentials

5. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over your patient records, client information, or other data you input into VetSyCare.

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

VetSyCare is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
